NTPC Barauni held a heartwarming celebration for the birthdays of GEM participants. The event was graced by the presence of Shri Surajit Ghosh, GM (O&M), along with members of the Matri Ladies Club and other NTPC officials.

The GEM program empowers young girls through various initiatives, and this birthday celebration served as a heartwarming occasion to recognize their achievements and foster a sense of community. It included cake cutting, greetings, fun games and interaction between the GEM participants, senior officials, and members of the Matri Ladies Club.

The fun games provided great opportunities to open up & motivated girls to perform in groups. Participants as well as the audience enjoyed the fun games. The event concluded with a common dance performance involving all the participants.
